Knee High Boots, A Fall Must
Truck loads of boots start hitting our stores at the Outlets at Castle Rock, Loveland, and Silverthorne this time of year. Yes, I realize it closing in on 100 degrees outside, but fall merchandise is arriving and there is nothing we can do about it (Thankfully, I love the arrival of fall clothing. It’s a passage through the season, kind of like new school supplies)!
One of the hot trends for fall will be knee-high boots. I love them! They are chic. They keep your legs warm. And, best of all, they can make your legs look slimmer. Depending upon the boot they look great from the office to an evening out. Depending upon your outfit there are many styles and colors to choose from.
So, how do you find the right pair to fit your leg shape?
Knee High Boots for Large Legs
If you have larger legs than I’m recommending stretch boots. This style of boot will allow you to get the boot over your calf. I would recommend finding a boot with a chunkier heel because it will make your leg appear slimmer.
If you have skinny ankles than I would recommend a boot with a structure or bulk to it. It would be my recommendation that you find boots with a more slender heel, as heavy heels can make your legs look even thinner.
