Great Fashion Shouldn’t Cost that Much.

I live and breathe fashion. Every day I’m out at one of the Outlets of Colorado – Outlets at Castle Rock, Loveland, or Silverthorne and I see great deals and wonder why anyone would ever shop retail when you can find the same great look and designer brands at an outlet mall for practically free.

Here are some of the “wow” deals that I found recently that I just had to blog about.

Wilson’s Leather has a zebra print zipper trench jacket is hot. It is one of my favorite items I’ve found. It’s a bold fashion statement that can be worn throughout the year. It looks great over blacks, reds, yellow, and the exciting new bright colors coming out this spring. We price shopped at the department stores, and this same style and print would cost you up to $180, at the Outlets you only pay $54. Love that! Wilson’s Leathers is at all three outlet locations.

Spring 2010 is all about color. I found this fabulous sweater, cool worn jeans, and accessories at RUE 21. The polka dot cardigan paired with the distressed jeans, shoes, belt, scarf and the fabulous jewels makes a great statement. What makes this outfit an even better statement is that at the mall up the street we could buy all of this for $195.99 and at the Outlets we can purchase the entire ensemble at RUE 21 for $85.81.

You know I can’t forget the men. I found this great (hot) look at Rue 21 too. I put together a graphic tee, checkered shirt, distressed jeans, and very cool checkered tennis shoes and shades for $60.95. I went out to the mall and I would have had to spend $170 bucks to get the same look. Rue 21 is at all three outlet malls.

As for the Carhartt Jacket (Maximillian is showing) was $60 and at the mall it was $150. This jacket (if interested) can be purchased at the Workwear store located at Outlets at Loveland.

To see these fashions and few more amazing outfits I have found, join me at the Outlets at Castle Rock on Saturday, February 27th at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm, in the food court. I’ll be joined by Georgia Benjou, 5280’s Fashion Advisor, as they host “Bring on the Vogue” fashion show. We will showcase all of the designer deals we’ve been talking about from Guess, Off Fifth, Banana Republic, Rue 21, Osh Kosh, and Nike (to name a few).  Oh, and we will be giving away over $5, 280 they’re giving away prizes during the three fashion shows. You have a chance to win a 5280 gift basket worth over $900 in prizes and one of 10 gift bags given away at each show with over $145 in goodies. The only catch, you must be present to win. So, I’m personally inviting you to be there!
